Key Responsibilities
Leader: Responsible for all the projects undertaken in Probiotics. Project conceptualization, execution
and closure. Lead, monitor and supervise a team of 5 – 6 members
Probiotics screening and updating the company probiotics portfolio
Fermentation optimization for improved yields which are commercially viable. Tech transfer from the
lab scale fermentor to the large scale fermentor
Conceptualize and execution of projects on food and pharmaceutical application of
probiotics/probiotics combinations
Conceptualize and execution of projects on postbiotic
Planning and execution of experiments for successful submission to regulatory bodies
Report preparation and scientific communication (review and publications)
Carrying out clinical trials with the third party. Responsible for planning, monitoring, data analysis and
final report
