Job Description

Job Requirements
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Experience: 2-3 years in sales, especially in the financial services industry (Mutual Funds, Banks, Stockbroking, General Insurance).
  • Asset Size: Minimum AUM of 20cr
  • Network: Must have connections with Mutual Fund distributors, Wealth management firms, IFA, IRA.
  • Portfolio: Minimum 50 partners with over 300 clients per partner.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect, acquire, and drive business through partners.
  • Identify customer needs, assess risk appetite, and offer lending-side investment options.
  • Achieve budgeted targets for clients, business volume, and assets.
  • Research investment opportunities and market trends for client portfolios.
  • Periodically contact clients for satisfaction and portfolio review.
  • Provide investment performance reports and assist in organizing events.
  • Prepare MIS reports and increase customer account balances.
  • Ensure portfolio profitability by generating high income per customer.
Qualifications
  • Individual contributors with experience in managing Channel Partners/Distributors.
  • Expertise in Direct Sales, Financial Advisory, Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management.
  • Product experience in Mutual Fund, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, SIP, Fixed Income, Life Insurance, General Insurance, PMS required.
Candidate who are individual contributors and have experience in managing Channel Partners/ Distributors with at least one of the following should only apply
Direct Sales
Financial advisory
Portfolio Management
Investment Advisory
Wealth Management with product experience in Mutual Fund, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, SIP, Fixed Income, Life Insurance, General Insurance, PMS.
