Basic Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Manager who can lead our efforts in connecting with and supplying to institutional clients. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in institutional sales, with a strong background in dealing with canteens in schools, colleges, hospitals, and offices.
A well-established network of connections across 80-100 institutional outlets, including canteens, bakeries, cinemas, and medical stores.
Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with distributors supplying to institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Institutional Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Strategically driving sales of specific SKUs across all designated outlets in a well-organized beat-wise manner.
Conducting product sampling for new-launch SKUs during visits to outlets and efficiently processing orders for the same.
Monitoring the stock levels at all outlets for all SKUs, promptly replenishing short-stock, and tracking deliveries from distributors to the store.
Vigilantly overseeing outstanding payments at the outlet level in accordance with defined payment terms.
Effectively managing stock levels at distributor points to ensure uninterrupted deliveries to outlets and prevent any SKU unavailability issues.
Who We Are Looking For:
To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in institutional sales, particularly within the context of canteens in offices, colleges, hospitals, etc.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Hindi, English, or a regional language.
Prior experience in the beverage category is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
