Hiring for a dynamic and rapidly growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products to a wide range of institutional clients in Mumbai. The company specialize in providing top-tier beverages and other essential items to schools, colleges, hospitals, offices, bakeries, cinemas, and select medical stores across the city.

Basic Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Manager who can lead our efforts in connecting with and supplying to institutional clients. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in institutional sales, with a strong background in dealing with canteens in schools, colleges, hospitals, and offices.
  • A well-established network of connections across 80-100 institutional outlets, including canteens, bakeries, cinemas, and medical stores.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with distributors supplying to institutions.
Key Responsibilities:

As an Institutional Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically driving sales of specific SKUs across all designated outlets in a well-organized beat-wise manner.
  • Conducting product sampling for new-launch SKUs during visits to outlets and efficiently processing orders for the same.
  • Monitoring the stock levels at all outlets for all SKUs, promptly replenishing short-stock, and tracking deliveries from distributors to the store.
  • Vigilantly overseeing outstanding payments at the outlet level in accordance with defined payment terms.
  • Effectively managing stock levels at distributor points to ensure uninterrupted deliveries to outlets and prevent any SKU unavailability issues.
Who We Are Looking For:

To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in institutional sales, particularly within the context of canteens in offices, colleges, hospitals, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Hindi, English, or a regional language.
  • Prior experience in the beverage category is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
