Job Description

About the company

We are hiring a Project Team Leader and take on a vital role in managing and leading project teams to achieve success. This position involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and implementing project management standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Problem Solving: Utilize hands-on experience to troubleshoot project bottlenecks, create detailed reports, and submit them to relevant authorities for seamless operations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Excel in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including top-level management, customers, and government authorities, to ensure project success.
  • Equipment Expertise: Manage maintenance and operations of various equipment and electrical machinery, including installation.
  • Electrification Management: Handle the execution and management of internal and external electrification works, ELV, HVAC, and more in residential projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in load estimation, distribution schemes, switchgear, transformers, DG sets, and various electrical systems.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, employ analytical and negotiation skills, and ensure excellent quality workmanship in collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Design and Planning: Take responsibility for designing, planning, and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including developing policies, standards, and inspection procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Skills: Strong technical and practical supervision skills related to Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety systems work, particularly in luxury high-rise residential buildings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit MEP 3D modeling, sheet preparation, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury high-rise residential buildings is mandatory.
