About the company

We are hiring a Project Team Leader and take on a vital role in managing and leading project teams to achieve success. This position involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and implementing project management standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide on-site leadership to project teams, motivating members to meet goals and fulfill responsibilities.
  • Full Project Ownership: Take charge of the complete project life cycle, from initiation to deployment, handling both major and minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Program Management: Manage all aspects of multiple related projects, ensuring they directly support our strategic objectives.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance the organization’s project management capabilities.
  • Standards and Procedures: Design and implement project management standards and procedures to be used throughout the company at various project stages.
  • Schedule Preparation: Create project schedules, review plans and specifications, and provide insights on design, cost-saving measures, and construction issues.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with consultants and identify clashes in construction drawings.
  • Schedule Monitoring: Regularly monitor and maintain the project construction schedule, issuing weekly updates covering progress, site safety, and quality control.
  • Meeting Management: Facilitate job site meetings, raise relevant issues, and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Change Order Management: Maintain logs of change orders to keep project documentation organized.
  • Safety Focus: Prioritize and monitor site safety, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Experience in managing the entire project life cycle, from initiation to deployment.
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of industry standards.
  • Proficiency in coordinating design efforts and identifying potential issues.
