We’re searching for a Digital Marketing Manager with a wealth of experience in SEO, data analytics, marketing campaigns, and web development. In this role, you’ll shape our digital strategies, manage online channels, lead web projects, and optimize our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop strategies for our digital assets like the website, mobile apps, and more. Ensure their growth and business success.
Channel Ownership: Take charge of all digital channels, including the website, mobile apps, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
Project Management: Coordinate and oversee web projects from concept to launch, collaborating with IT, content, and testing teams.
Technical Excellence: Ensure the technical functionality and optimization of our website while coordinating with IT.
Design Coordination: Manage internal and external digital designers to ensure a smooth user experience (UI/UX).
Content Leadership: Lead the content marketing team to enhance and amplify high-quality content.
Media Planning: Manage budget and planning for various digital channels, including search, display, retargeting, and social media.
Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns within budget and timelines.
Agency Management: Lead and supervise external agencies to implement business needs with quality and adherence to service level agreements.
Web Strategy: Develop an ongoing web strategy to drive continued growth, including implementing SEM/SEO strategies.
Email Marketing: Manage the email marketing program, including planning, segmentation, measurement, and internal communication.
Google My Business: Maintain our company’s business locations in Google My Business.
Digital Expertise: Act as an advisor and expert on digital platforms, relationship marketing, and industry best practices and trends.
Senior Management Liaison: Manage senior management expectations and ensure the Marketing Department meets its objectives.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales.
Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of online marketing tools and strategies.
