Key Responsibilities:
Employment Branding: Contribute to employment branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Sourcing Strategies: Lead the development of sourcing strategies to find the best candidates.
Sourcing: Actively source candidates to fill open positions within the organization.
Recruitment and Selection: Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls.
Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Employee Retention: Assist in employee retention and development to build a strong team.
Team Support: Provide support to the recruiting team in their efforts.
Events: Organize and/or participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other related events.
Metrics and Improvement: Utilize metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Proven experience in talent hunting and acquisition.
Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and employment branding.
Familiarity with various selection methods and techniques.
Proficiency in using social media and job boards for recruitment.
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
Excellent communication skills.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
A proactive and strategic thinker.
