Job Description

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a vital role in our team’s recruitment efforts. If you have experience in sourcing, employment branding, and full-cycle recruiting, we want you to join us!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employment Branding: Contribute to employment branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Lead the development of sourcing strategies to find the best candidates.
  • Sourcing: Actively source candidates to fill open positions within the organization.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employee Retention: Assist in employee retention and development to build a strong team.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the recruiting team in their efforts.
  • Events: Organize and/or participate in career fairs, assessment centers, and other related events.
  • Metrics and Improvement: Utilize metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Proven experience in talent hunting and acquisition.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and employment branding.
  • Familiarity with various selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using social media and job boards for recruitment.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker.
